Delivery times and costs vary depending on the type of shipment chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. The customer is given the option of choosing between home delivery or collection at our premises (Via Martiri Dairaghesi 21/Bis, Dairago - MI).
HOME SHIPMENT
The cost of home delivery in Italy is €5.95 for each order placed. Shipping is free for orders with a value of €59.00 or more. There is an extra charge of €5.00 for those who request cash on delivery. Shipments are entrusted to the SDA courier within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary from 2 to 3 working days for the whole of Italy and 3/5 working days for the islands.
The cost of home delivery to countries other than Italy is €9.95 for each order placed. Shipping is free for orders with a value of €89.00 or more. The estimated delivery time for Europe is 4/5 working days.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order in order to reduce the shipping costs. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
Once you have completed the purchase process on our site, you can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the link contained in the email that will be sent to you once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
